I would like to use the regular expressions above to get the text between the fourth and last slash. So for the first example I would get barbie-fairytopia.

It should be a fairly straightforward process using preg_match_all():
preg_match_all('#(', $page, $matches);
$matches[0] will be an array of all the matches (in your case, there will be only one).
Q:
How to set up APFS to auto-mount with pre-existing EFI partition?
I installed Ubuntu 18.04 LTS onto an external hard disk (SSD) via USB. I configured the bios to EFI/APFS and when I restarted the computer, the USB disk didn't auto-mount. I saw something about holding shift during boot to select the disk, but I don't have a key to hold during boot.
I'm currently running Boot Repair on an Ubuntu live CD. My external hard disk is ext4, and I have 3 partitions on it:
100MiB EFI partition
57.5GiB EFI system partition
14.9GiB APFS Container data
This is how my EFI partition looks like in gparted (using data from my Ubuntu live cd):
This is how my EFI partition looks like in Disk Utility (using data from the live cd):
So how can I get my external hard disk to auto-mount with my EFI partition included? I don't want to have to boot into recovery mode and select the EFI partition manually.

I finally solved my problem by using the Disks application on my live Ubuntu 18.04 live CD.
Open Disks.
Click the partition tab, then select "Set up automatically on start-up" (click the checkbox).
Click the "Startup Disk Creator" option.
Click the "Connect" button. be359ba680
